Furly Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Furly ("the app"), made by 2April ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Furly is a pet-health companion for cats and dogs. From details you enter about your pet, it builds a suggested schedule of vaccines, vet visits, and parasite protection, lets you track food stock and health history, and sends local reminders. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own pets. It is offered for personal, informational use.
Not veterinary advice
Furly is for information and organization only. It is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Suggested schedules, vaccine timings, and health content are general and may not reflect your individual animal, its breed, its region, or local regulations. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health decisions, and never rely on the app in an emergency. Vaccine, appointment, and food reminders are a convenience and may not always be delivered on time — do not depend on them as your only reminder for health-critical tasks.
Free and Furly Pro
The app is free to use with core features. Furly Pro unlocks the full experience (unlimited pets, the calendar and full health history, PDF health records, multi-caregiver sharing, advanced reminders, and an ad-free experience) and is offered as a subscription or a one-time purchase.
- Furly Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the rate shown.
- The lifetime purchase is a single, one-time payment and is non-refundable except where required by the app store's policy or applicable law.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. Prices may vary by region.
App Store terms
The app store you download from (Apple App Store or Google Play) is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing, refunds, and receipts under its own terms. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app; where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple Standard EULA governs for App Store downloads. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Acceptable use
Please use the app lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, and its design belong to 2April. The information you enter is yours and stays on your device.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, complete, or suited to any particular purpose, or that the service and reminders will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2April will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on its content or reminders or any effect on your pet's health.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
