Color Flow Puzzle Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 2April ("we", "us") for your use of the Color Flow Puzzle app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

The app is a single-player puzzle game in which you connect matching colours to fill a board. It requires no account and works offline; an internet connection is needed only when you choose to watch a rewarded video ad. We provide the app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Free to play

The app is free and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Coins, hints, undos, lives, level skips, themes, and upgrades are earned by playing or unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. They are part of the game only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought with money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and cannot be transferred between devices or players.

Rewarded ads

Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching a video ad, served by Google AdMob. Ads are requested only when you tap a "watch a video" button. A reward is granted when the ad provider confirms the video was watched; if an ad fails to load, is closed early, or is unavailable in your region, the reward is not granted and nothing is deducted. Ad availability is outside our control and we do not guarantee it.

Your game data

Your progress is stored only on your device. We keep no copy, so we cannot recover it if you delete the app, reset your progress, or lose or replace your device. The daily leaderboard shows computer-generated opponents, not other players. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

App Store terms

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's own terms apply to your download. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support for the app, and is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app; tamper with saved data, the coin economy, or the ad flow; generate fraudulent ad impressions or automate ad viewing; or redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app. We may stop providing the app, or a feature of it, if it is misused.

Intellectual property

The app, its levels, artwork, sounds, and code remain our property and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that every level will suit every player.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost game progress, lost in-game items, or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
