Endroll Support

Endroll is a diary for the games you play. Something not working, or a question we have not answered here? Email [email protected] and we will reply, normally within two working days.

Getting started

Create an account with your email address and a username. Search for a game, open it, and tap Değerlendir (Rate) to give it a rating in half stars, set a status, choose the platform, and write a review. There is no save button — what you type is stored as you go.

The app is in Turkish by default. To switch to English, open your profile from the top right and choose English under Language. Light, dark, and system themes are in the same place.

I forgot my password

Email us from the address on your account and we will help you regain access.

Can I edit or remove a rating or review?

Open the game and tap Değerlendirmeni düzenle (Edit your entry). You can change the rating, status, platform, and review text at any time; changes save automatically.

Who can see my reviews?

Your username, ratings, and written reviews are public to other Endroll users, and appear on the game's page. Lists can be kept private — private lists are visible only to you. Your email address is never shown to anyone. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Everything — your entries, reviews, and lists — is removed within 30 days. Deleting the app from your phone alone does not delete your account, because your entries are stored on our servers so they survive a new device.

A game is missing, or its details are wrong

The catalogue comes from IGDB and covers more than 300,000 games. Titles, cover art, and release dates are theirs, not ours, so we cannot correct them directly — but tell us and we will look into it.

A trailer will not play

Trailers come from YouTube, and some are restricted by their publisher from playing inside other apps. When that happens the app offers to open the trailer in YouTube instead.

Reporting a review or a user

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Endroll. If you see a review, list, or username that breaks the rules in our Terms of Service, email [email protected] with the username and the game the review is on. We review every report and act on the justified ones — normally within 24 hours — by removing the content and suspending or terminating the account behind it.
