Color Flow: Sort Factory Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 September 2026

Color Flow: Sort Factory ("the app") is made by 2April ("we", "us"). It is a single-player sorting puzzle game. This policy explains what the app processes, why, and the choices you have. In plain terms: there is no account, your progress stays on your device, we run no analytics, and we never sell your data. The app does contact two third parties — Google AdMob to show ads, and RevenueCat to process in-app purchases.

Your game data stays on your device

Everything the game records about you — the levels you have completed, stars, your coin and gem balance, energy and when it last refilled, the boosters you hold, the object skins and Pixo outfits you own and have equipped, and your settings such as colour-blind mode — is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. It is not uploaded to us, not stored on our servers, and not shared with anyone. We operate no game servers and no user database. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

Ads

The app is free and funded by advertising, served through Google AdMob. Two kinds appear:

To serve an ad, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, coarse information about your device (such as model, operating system version, and language), your approximate region derived from your IP address, and whether the ad was shown or completed. We receive only aggregate counts of ads shown — never information about you.

If you buy Reklamsız (Remove Ads) or the Starter Pack, all ads stop permanently on that Apple ID.

Your choices about ads

On first launch you will see up to two prompts, in this order:

If you decline, or ignore the prompts, we request non-personalised ads only: ads are not selected from a profile about you, and no tracking takes place. If you allow it, Google may use the advertising identifier to select more relevant ads, which can involve linking your activity with data from other apps and websites — this is what Apple calls tracking.

Every level, reward, and feature works exactly the same either way; declining costs you nothing in the game. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Business Data Responsibility & Privacy notice.

In-app purchases

The app sells coin and gem packs, a starter pack, unlimited-energy passes, and a one-off Reklamsız (Remove Ads) unlock. Apple processes every payment. We never see or receive your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.

We use RevenueCat to check with Apple that a purchase is genuine and to remember that you own it. For this, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier created on your device, the App Store receipt for the purchase, and basic device and country information. That identifier is not linked to your name, email address, or Apple ID. RevenueCat's own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Because the identifier is anonymous and created fresh on each install, purchases are restored through Apple rather than through us — use Restore purchases in the app's settings, which asks Apple what this Apple ID has already bought.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with:

There are no other third parties. The app contains no analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or social SDKs.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, calendar, health data, or browsing history. We do not fingerprint your device, and we build no profile about you — we hold no advertising data of our own at all.

Retention

Your progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes it permanently — because we never received a copy, we cannot restore it, and there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Purchases are the exception: they are recorded against your Apple ID, so reinstalling and tapping Restore purchases brings back anything you bought.

Your rights

Because your game data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it: delete the app and it is gone. For the limited data processed by Google and RevenueCat, the rights below apply.

Children

Color Flow: Sort Factory is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13, and it is not part of Apple's Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the tracking prompt is declined or unavailable — which is the default — ad requests are non-personalised and no advertising profile is built.

International users

The app is available worldwide. The limited advertising and purchase data described above may be processed by Google, RevenueCat, and Apple on servers outside your country.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page.
