Color Flow: Sort Factory Support

How to play

Objects travel along the factory belt. Drag each one into the bin of the same colour. Every colour also has its own shape — circle, rounded square, triangle, star — so colour is never the only clue. The first three levels teach the rules without a single word of text.

From level 4 the belt starts emptying: objects fall, and anything you miss costs a life. Later on bins close for a few seconds at a time, decoys appear that belong in no bin, and every tenth level is a boss with its own twist.

Common questions

I keep collecting the same colour even though that bin is full

This was a real bug and it is fixed. The belt now favours colours you still need. If you still see it, tell us the level number.

What is energy, and why did I lose one?

Energy is what lets you start a level. You lose one when you lose a level — never when you win, and never in the first few levels while you are learning. Energy refills on its own over time, and the app shows a countdown to the next one. You can also watch a rewarded ad for one, or buy an unlimited-energy pass.

How do boosters work?

You choose them before a level starts, on the level's preparation screen, not during play — so the decision is part of planning, not a panic button. Each can be used once per level. Buy them with coins or gems in the shop, or get three of each in the Starter Pack.

I bought something and did not get it

First, force-quit and reopen the app. If it is still missing, open Settings → Restore purchases in the app; this asks Apple what your Apple ID has already bought and re-applies it. If that does not work, email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.

I bought Reklamsız but still see ads

Tap Restore purchases in the app's settings. Remove Ads is tied to your Apple ID, not to the installation, so it survives reinstalling and moving to a new device — but the app has to ask Apple for it once after a fresh install.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Not yet. Your levels, coins, and gems are stored on the device, so a new phone starts fresh. Purchases do carry over through Restore purchases. Cloud save is on our list.

I am colour blind

Turn on colour-blind mode in Settings. Each object then carries a distinct symbol as well as its shape. Some cosmetic skins give all four colours the same silhouette; with colour-blind mode on, the app ignores those and keeps the shapes that tell colours apart.

How do I turn off the ads I did not ask for?

Buy Reklamsız (Remove Ads) from the shop, once, and all ads stop. Rewarded ads remain available if you want to watch one for a reward.

Can I change my mind about ad tracking?

Yes, at any time, in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. Nothing in the game changes either way.

I am stuck on a level

Try a booster from the preparation screen — Slow Down buys you ten seconds of breathing room, and Joker Box accepts any colour. Losing costs a life and an energy, never progress: you can retry a level as often as you like.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will help where we can.
