Kim Yalan Söylüyor? Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 2April ("we", "us") for your use of the Kim Yalan Söylüyor? app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

The app is a single-player detective game in which you read statements, collect details from evidence, and link the two cards that cannot both be true. It requires no account and works offline with the case files included in the app; an internet connection is needed only to download new cases or when you choose to watch a rewarded video ad. We provide the app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

In-game money and items

The till, tools, supplies, and reputation in the game are part of the game only: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and cannot be transferred between devices or players. This is true whether you earned them by playing, by watching a rewarded ad, or by buying a pack of in-game cash.

Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases: packs of in-game cash, and a one-off ad-free unlock. All payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; we never handle your payment details. Consumable purchases (cash packs) are spent in the game and are not restorable. The ad-free unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored from the in-app shop.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policy — not by us. Prices and the contents of a pack may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Rewarded ads

Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching a video ad, served by Google AdMob. Ads are requested only when you tap a "watch a video" button. A reward is granted when the ad provider confirms the video was watched to the end; if an ad fails to load, is closed early, or is unavailable in your region, the reward is not granted and nothing is deducted. Ad availability is outside our control and we do not guarantee it.

Case files

New cases are downloaded from our content server when they are published. We may add, change, or withdraw cases at any time. A case you have already closed stays in your archive on your device.

Your game data

Your progress is stored only on your device. We keep no copy, so we cannot recover it if you delete the app, erase your save, or lose or replace your device. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

App Store terms

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their own terms apply to your download. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support for the app, and is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app; tamper with saved data, the in-game economy, or the ad flow; generate fraudulent ad impressions or automate ad viewing; or redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its case files. We may stop providing the app, or a feature of it, if it is misused.

Intellectual property

The app, its cases, characters, artwork, and code remain our property and are protected by copyright. The stories are fiction: any resemblance to real people, places, or events is coincidental. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that every case will suit every player.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost game progress, lost in-game items, or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
